No refunds on sale items. Sale items returnable for store
credit or exchanges only. Sorry for the inconvienenc. Closeout
items and items discounted 50% or more are final sale, strictly no
returns or exchanges on these items. No returns or exchanges on
International orders or orders forwarded out of the US! Our staff
understands that at times your purchase may need to be returned or
exchanged for various reasons. We try to make this process simple
for you but we do have conditions that must be followed. Purchases
may be returned for an exchange or refund for any reason as long as
Bob's Chalet is by either phone (1-800-677-1479) or email
"returns@bobschalet.com", for a Return Authorization Number
within 10
days of receipt. The product needs to be in its original
"new" condition, in it's original factory packaging with all
instructions, tags, and accessories. Items returned not meeting
these conditions could be charged, at the discretion of our staff,
a minimum re-stocking fee of $25 or deemed ineligible for return
and customer will be responsible for all return shipping
costs.
All
returns must be received back in our warehouse within 20 days of
original receipt date. All returns are for exchange or
credit via the original method of payment. All credits are issued
within 1-3 business days upon receipt at Bob's Chalet, and you will
be notified by email of the credit; though once credit is issued,
it takes 3-4 days to appear on your statement due to processing
delays of the credit card companies. Credits are for the original
purchase price less original shipping, if applicable. A
restocking fee of up to 25% will be charged on
all skis
that were mounted by us and returned for credit or
exchange, that do not involve an integrated binding system (i.e. we
had to drill to mount the bindings)
or any item returned beyond the
above stated timeframes. All packages refused by customers
will be charged the return shipping charges and customers are
responsible for all return shipping charges to Bob's Chalet. Non
system skis mounted by another shop are not eligible for
return/exchange. System skis that have been mounted by our staff
are subject to a restocking free of $25 if being returned for a
refund. Returned product that qualified for free shipping is
subject to original shipping charges being deducted from refund. In
the event of shipping errors by Bob's Chalet, a pre-paid return
label will be supplied to you for the return shipment. Every
Manufacturer is responsible for the length they determine their
skis or snowboards to be, and every brand does it differently even
within the same model. Manufacturers also reserve the right to
change graphic according to size and they may also, (in an effort
to reduce, reuse, recycle) use opposite color base material from
what they show in their catalogue.
NO RETURNS ON ORDERS SHIPPED
OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES. (unless special circumstances
occur)
Shipping costs will be
deducted from refund amount on all orders returned for refund
including those orders shipped via FREE GROUND SHIPPING unless
special circumstances occur. (returned items - shipping cost = your
refund).
Extended return times can be
made for Gift Purchases, by prior arrangements with our staff.

Insurance is recommended on all items being returned, all damage or
loss of items during shipping is the responsibility of the customer
making the return.
In the event of an exchange we will make every effort to ship the
replacement product the day we receive the product being returned,
and notify you of the tracking information for the replacement by
